Marsha I. Stiles

Chief Strategist and Mentor

Marsha I. Stiles has represented individuals, companies and institutions since 2003 in many increasingly diverse, evolving and complex legal matters and is often called upon by area attorneys as a resource for unusual cases which most attorneys would shy away from.

Marsha I. Stiles worked in a variety of fields prior to practicing law and was a paralegal-investigator while obtaining her undergraduate degree in paralegal studies at Maryville University and was valedictorian upon graduation. Upon obtaining her juris doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2002, Marsha I. Stiles was immediately hired to teach law at St Louis Community College and was quickly promoted to Coordinator of Business Law and Paralegal Studies.

Marsha I. Stiles’ passion for helping people via the practice of law is only equaled by her devotion to her 8 children and 5 step-children. She currently is working in Missouri to establish a home for children aging out of foster care and works with victims of human trafficking. Marsha I. Stiles is an active member of her church, participates in the Deaf Community, and volunteers at Stained Glass Theatre in Ozark Missouri. If she had spare time, she would enjoy cooking, reading, writing, stand-up comedy and billiards.

Marsha I. Stiles is licensed to practice in all Missouri State courts and in the United States Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Holly Faust

Holly Faust grew up in Massachusetts and attended Boston University, where she studied International Relations, Business and Economics. After some time living in Washington DC and Atlanta, she settled in Central Florida in the mid 1990’s.  Holly is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Florida.

At that time, she attended Graduate School to obtain her MBA and decided to pursue a lifelong dream of attending Law School and becoming an attorney as well. She received her JD from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas Law School in 2009 and became licensed to practice law in Florida.

In 2010, ties to family here in SW Missouri pulled on her to move west. After arriving, she passed the Missouri Bar and became licensed to practice law here as well. Over the past five years Holly split her time between SW Missouri, Massachusetts and Florida, but now makes Springfield her home.

Holly has worked in several industries throughout her career including various aspects of Insurance, Real Estate, Commercial Construction and Education. She has been a College Professor since 2001 and is a former Dean of a University in Orlando, Florida. She currently teaches legal classes for OTC and other institutions of higher learning.

Holly’s legal experience includes family law, community association management, probate, estate planning, and guardianship. She has worked with small firms in Orlando and here in Springfield and likes the atmosphere and extra care that being part of a small firm can provide to its clients. Her extensive business background and life experiences make Holly a staunch advocate for her clients.

In her free time, Holly enjoys traveling, patronizing the local arts and spending time with her family.
Holly joins the Midwest Center for Law & Justice excited to work with a small team of dedicated professionals ready to put our knowledge to work for our clients!
